Mediflash also offers a Secure Facility Portal for Medical Facilities, to be used in lieu of phone calls and email, where members of the medical staff can update us with any information pertinent to their patient’s medical records by adding a comment directly to the case. These comments are instantly processed and sent to the Case Worker in charge of that case for immediate attention. Facilities can also upload medical records directly through the Portal, eliminating the need for on-site copying, while simultaneously speeding up the retrieval process immensely.

Logging into the Portal is safe and secure and requires a Passcode that only the medical facility has access to. Our focus on Security and protecting a patient’s data extends to our Facility Portal in the same way it does all other aspects of our technology.
